Tryve is a career acceleration platform connecting job seekers, businesses, and upskillers through job vacancy listings, portfolio-building services, online courses, group training, and mentorship programs. Operating under the mission "TRY. THRIVE. SUCCEED," Tryve differentiates itself from competitors by offering comprehensive career services including resume development, career coaching, pre-qualified candidate pools for recruiters, and corporate-sponsored scholarship initiatives. The platform targets three key audiences: job seekers/career changers needing employability enhancement, businesses/recruiters requiring streamlined hiring processes, and professionals seeking skill development and mentorship.



Task and Challenge

The primary challenge was generating revenue from Week 3 while simultaneously building brand awareness, community engagement, and market positioning as a trusted career accelerator. Week 1 focused on brand awareness through content pillars (Awareness/Mission on Monday, Education/Value on Wednesday, Engagement/Community on Thursday with Zikoko-inspired career memes and POV skits, Promotion/Social Proof on Friday, Behind-the-Brand on Saturday) plus intentional B2C outreach to 180 people across platforms (60 LinkedIn, 60 Facebook, 60 Instagram). Week 2 initiated first sales through portfolio-building services (₦10,000 limited-time offer increasing to ₦20,000 after 5 days), B2B outreach to 20+ companies for job vacancy ads, ₦30,000 Facebook test ad budget, and influencer collaborations with career coaches and HR leaders. The strategy required securing job ad placements from 100+ organizations, establishing SOPs and customer journey maps, and scaling sustainable revenue by Month 2.
